What a find. We were very pleased with this park. The staff is the best that we have encountered in 2 years of full-timing. The sites are somewhat short, making it difficult to park your tow but this is greatly outweighed by the rest of our experience. Convenient to town but far enough out to avoid congestion. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Good location between Bryce Canyon and Zion. Office run by teens who seemed more interested in each other than customers. Had to change sites 3 times to have water, sewer, and electric that all functioned. Would not get in the pool. We have a 40 foot motorhome and could barely make the turn. Do not see how this could be accomplished in a longer rig. Would possibly stay here again but would be very specific about the type and location of site that I wanted.

We have stayed here several times. This is the first time under the new owner. The staff was very friendly and easy to work with. I'm not sure why they received poor reviews earlier this year. Most of the live-in campers are gone. Those who remain have cleaned up extensively. The park actually looks cleaner now than under the previous owner. This is the best park on the south side of Atlanta. We were in doubt, so we had to see for ourselves since it is a convenient location close to our family.

Immaculate facilities. Very competent and attentive staff. One of the best parks that we have visited. Very convenient location. Will stay here again and again.

We pulled into this park and after viewing several sites we left. The first site had a very large ant mound. There seems to be absolutely no maintenance done here. There were several large, aggressive dogs tied up at several sites. I would not recommend this park to anyone under any circumstances.

Very nice park. Nice, flat, level, grassy sites. Would definitely stay here again.

Park is very run down. Mostly permanent residents. Several sites had household appliances outside of campers. Poor roads with many large pot holes.
